If there is a problem with the ebook, digital product or any other downloadable media such as you not being able to download it or it isn't working or etc., please let me know by emailing me at nwbray-code@yahoo.com and I will do my best to resolve the issue and make sure you are satisfied. But, since there can be no way to make sure that the purchaser, the refund requestor, would delete the downloaded digital product after receiving the refund, there are no refunds for ebooks, digital products, and any other downloadable media.
