P.S. You can keep eating what you normally eat because the goal of this health and
fitness program is to help you start exercising as well as to help you start forming the
habit of exercising if you want to; but, I do suggest that you do your best not
to over indulge on sweets and food.
Once you have a habit of being physically active, then, if you want to, you can lose even more fat, decrease your waist-line, and improve your health & fitness even more, then you can start changing the way you eat.
Once you develop the self‑discipline to exercise several days a week or do some kind of good physical activity that is strenous enough to do in place of exercising one or more times a week whether you feel like it or not, then that same self‑discipline can be used by you to start changing the way you eat.
